Birth Doula Services

 

  • Meet and Greet/Intake Appointment

    • This is a 1-2 hour block of time where we have a candid conversation about what you are looking for in a doula and how I can best support you, during birth. The goal is to begin to build rapport and connection so that we can make sure I am a good fit for you and your vision for your birth support.

  • Monthly Prenatal Visits

    • During these visits, my goal is to understand your preferences for your birth. We will spend time discussing your birth plan and vision, addressing any fears or concerns that you may have, and discussing your preferred supportive measures. These visits are entirely about you and what you need from me.

  • 24/7 Support via Phone, Text, and Email

    • From the moment you decide you would like me as your doula, I am available to you via electronic communication. If you have any questions, or need help with any resources, you can feel free to contact me via text, phone call, or email.

  • 24/7 On Call Support

    • I will be on call for you beginning at 37 weeks, until your baby is born.

  • Labor and Birth Support

    • I will offer continuous, in-person support to you throughout your labor and birth. I can meet you at your home from the beginning of labor, or I can meet you at your birthing location. The choice is entirely yours. I am available to you for 2 hours after your baby is born, so that I can continue to offer transitional support to you and your family.

  • 2-3 Postpartum Visits

    • During these visits, I will spend time with you and your new baby. My goal is to make sure that you are doing well mentally, physically, and emotionally.

This package is $2,600 I am happy to work out a payment plan with you, if it is needed.

 

PostpartumDoula Services

 

As your postpartum doula, it is my priority to make sure that the transition from birth to home life goes as comfortably as possible. I provide unlimited and constant support for you, your baby, and your family. Though, my time spent with you will be completely tailored to your unique needs, some of the services I can provide are as follows:

  • Up to 4 hours of support per day

  • Help with bottle and/or breast feeding.

  • Help with your other children

  • Light housekeeping

  • Preparation of nutritious and healing meals

  • Caring for baby while you sleep

  • Help with communication of needs to family/friends

  • Emotional, mental, and physical support for you while you heal and adjust

Services are offered at a rate of $40 per hour for daytime services. I do not provide overnight services

 

Placenta Encapsulation

 

I will pick up your placenta from your place of birth and carefully prepare it, using medicinal and organic herbs, for your postpartum consumption. All encapsulations are prepared in a sterile environment with sterile equipment.
